If you have purchased or received a CODE24 security label or key finder as a gift, the CODE24 service is available to you free of charge for 365 days from the day of activation.
The term ends automatically after 365 days and can be extended on request for 4.99 euros (incl. 19% VAT) / year. We will write to you in time to remind you.
The free CODE24 service starts from the day of activation and ends automatically after 365 days.
If desired, you can extend the service for only 4.99 euros (incl. 19% VAT) annually.
The service can be extended annually after the first year for only 4.99 euros (incl. 19% VAT).
The extension will only become active after your explicit confirmation.
You do NOT sign up for a subscription during your first free activation!
The first year is free of charge and ends automatically. After the first year you will be contacted by CODE24 and have the possibility to extend the service for only 4,99 Euro (incl. 19% VAT) per year.
If you have registered your item, you will be notified of the find by SMS or e-mail and will receive information about the finder and the location of the find.
Often a find is reported within a short time BEFORE the owner has even noticed the missing.
Your lost item is found. The finder enters the ID number on the label on CODE24.de. The CODE24 system checks the number.
If it is registered, the finder can leave his contact details and a personal message for you and reports the find. Subsequently, you will receive an SMS or e-mail about the find and can communicate with the finder about the return.
